Enterprise Support: Linear Asks

Our enterprise customers receive a dedicated Slack channel for interacting with the Center team.

We use Linear Asks to manage enterprise support requests. To raise a support issue with the Center team:

  1. Create a support ticket. To create a support ticket:

    • Write a Slack message containing all relevant information, including priority level. Tag the Linear Asks bot in the message @Linear Asks.
    • After sending the message, the ticket will be submitted to the Center team.
  2. A thread will be created automatically. All subsequent updates or questions should be added to this thread.

    • To add more context (e.g., code snippets, screenshots), reply to the thread with the additional context.
  3. All status updates and follow-ups from the Center team will be added to the original thread.
